Paparazzi Cafe Cocktail Bar was launched in April 2008 and is located just off the Paseo Maritimo, Marbella, next to El Faro, a busy location. The bar specialises in cocktails, Italian Illy coffee and shisha.

The bar has been refurbished throughout with modern and contemporary feel and benefits from a regular client base, with a seating area inside, an immediate outside terrace area with sofa seating, which has been designed to extend the bar in the winter months, with a custom made external partitioned area which can be completely enclosed. This area is heated by low voltage heat lamp, which is extremely efficient. In addition to the outside terrace area, there is a second floor, which houses a further seating area plus separate male and female toilets.

The current lease expires in 2014 and is renewable, with the monthly rent being 755 Euros per month, a very low rent for the location of the bar and the terrace tax is approx 600 Euros per year. The lease contract that the bar has is extremely favourable, with no community tax payable. Literally, the only additional costs that are payable by the leaseholder are the electricity and water bills.

Only reason for sale is due to relocation, as the bar works and is profitable, especially in the summer months with such a good location.

The bar comes with everything included, fully fitted bar and refrigeration, professional coffee machine, two plasma TV’s, indoor and outdoor furniture, external partitioned area and heat lamp, shisha equipment.

The property is licensed to trade from 8am daily until 2am Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday and 8am to 3am Friday and Saturday.
